Rahma Foundation Tailoring School – Empowering Girls through Skill & Training
The Rahma Foundation, located in Telenipara, District Hooghly, West Bengal, is devoted to empowering young women by equipping them with practical skills in tailoring and dress designing. Through our six-month intensive training program, students receive structured, hands-on instruction in cutting, stitching, and designing garments, enabling them to transform creativity into professional expertise.
This video presents the accomplishments of our students as they confidently display the garments they have designed and tailored during their training. Their work stands as a testament to their dedication, perseverance, and the nurturing guidance provided by the institution.
At Rahma Foundation, we believe that skill development is more than vocational training—it is a path to dignity, independence, and self-reliance. By fostering these abilities, we aspire to prepare young women not only for livelihoods that support their families but also for opportunities to establish themselves as entrepreneurs or pursue careers in the wider field of fashion and design.
Through this initiative, the Foundation seeks to create lasting impact by transforming individual lives, strengthening families, and contributing to the progress of the community at large.
