Dear Beloved Brothers and Sisters In Islam
Assalamualaikum wa-Rahmatullah-Wa –Barkatahu
RAMADAN MUBARAK
I hope you are in the best of health and a high reconciling Islamic spirit by the grace of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala. I take this opportunity on behalf of the Rahmah Foundation (RF) to appeal for your benevolence and the start of the Holy month of Ramzan. I would like to inform you that we have been in the service of charity and social development programs for last 17 years. Please find the attached link below for your reference.
Moreover, this extremely vulnerable population is under tremendous hardships due to the increase in economic insecurities particularly in India in the state of West Bengal where there is a high percentage of the Muslim population living below the poverty line.
The holy month of Ramazan is knocking the door and all these weaker sections of the Muslim population will find it difficult to procure the basic and essential items for fasting and even least to mention to relieve them from starvation.
Amidst this desperate time, your charity (Zakat, Sadaqah, Fitra, donation, etc) will be highly valued even more than normal times. Your generous charities will enable the distressed community to be assured of their sustenance and survival during this critical time.
Your humble contribution may give them respite. As we welcome the bountifulness of the holy month of Ramadan and engage ourselves in the pursuance of spiritual strive through fasting, Zikr and Ibadaat, let us also remember these deprived sections and extend our hands for support to them even in the smallest possible ways.
You should be aware that there are numerous references in the holy Quran about Zakat and Sadaqah and they point to the magnified benefits that the donors are promised by ‘Rabbul Al Ameen’ who multiplies the magnitude of the charity by His infinite Greatness.

Iftaar & Seher program
By the grace of Almighty Allah, Rahmah Foundation organized Iftaar & Seher program in different remote villages of West Bengal as usual for the widows, orphans, handicaps and very poor people those who were fasting. This program is running since 17 years. Last year, we organized this program in more than 50 places, few of the details are given below:
- Village Metekona
Village- Metekona, Post & P.S. – Illambazar, District- Birbhum.
Iftaar & Seher organized at village Metekona. In this Iftaar & Seher program, daily near about 100 persons attended both the time.
- Jama Masjid Sadhudonga
Village- Sadhu Donga, Post- Metekona, P.S. – Illambazar, District- Birbhum,
Iftaar was organized in our female maktab. In this Iftaar program, total 60 persons attended.
- Madrasa Faizul Uloom Masjid
Village- Metekona, Post- Metekona, P.S.- Illambazar, District- Birbhum.
Iftaar organized at our Madrasa Faizul Uloom Masjid. In this Iftaar program, total 86 persons attended.
- Jama Masjid Sokh Bazar

- Muslim Youth Club
