Makkah Defence Pact: A New Hope for Unity, Peace and Cooperation

A Significant Development Involving Saudi Arabia, Türkiye and Pakistan

Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu,

By the Grace of Almighty Allah SWT, we are witnessing an important development involving Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, and Pakistan under the Makkah Defence Pact.

For Muslims around the world, the association of this initiative with Makkah Al-Mukarramah, the blessed birthplace of our beloved Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, carries a special significance.

We believe that this development should not be viewed only from the perspective of defence and security. We sincerely hope that it will open the door to greater cooperation among these countries and, ultimately, among the wider Muslim world in areas that directly affect the lives of ordinary people.

Our Hope for the Future

We hope that this cooperation will contribute towards:

• Promoting education and removing illiteracy
• Improving healthcare and social welfare
• Supporting poor and downtrodden people
• Creating employment and economic opportunities
• Developing science and technology
• Strengthening humanitarian cooperation
• Helping people affected by natural disasters and other crises
• Creating greater opportunities for the younger generation

The real strength of unity should ultimately be reflected in the lives of the poor, needy, illiterate, and disadvantaged people of society.

We hope that such cooperation will benefit people without discrimination based on religion, caste, race, creed, colour, language, nationality, or geographical boundaries.

A Message of Hope for the Muslim Youth

We particularly hope that the younger generation will become an important part of this new era of cooperation.

Our young boys and girls need education, knowledge, skills, opportunities, and a positive direction for their future. Greater cooperation among countries can provide them with opportunities to learn from one another and contribute towards the development of their respective societies.

We also hope that the strength of modern technology and electronic media will be used positively to educate and inspire young people and to promote moral values, peace, compassion, and understanding.

Our Hope from the Leaders

We are very much hopeful about the leadership of Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, and Pakistan, and we sincerely pray that their leaders will use this opportunity to strengthen cooperation not only in security but also in education, development, humanitarian assistance, and social welfare.

We pray to Almighty Allah SWT to bless the leaders of these countries with good health, wisdom, courage, strength, and long life, and to guide them towards decisions that will benefit their people and humanity as a whole.

Letters Sent to the Respected Leaders

As a small expression of our appreciation, hope, and support for this initiative, I have personally written and sent letters to the respected leaders of the countries involved, conveying our congratulations and our sincere prayers and hopes for the future.

Through these letters, I have expressed my humble hope that this new cooperation will not remain limited to defence and security, but will also contribute towards education, healthcare, poverty alleviation, humanitarian assistance, social development, and the welfare of ordinary people.

By the Grace of Almighty Allah SWT, I would like to convey my heartfelt congratulations and sincere appreciation to Your Royal Highness for the initiative and leadership behind the Makkah Defence Pact.

For me, and I believe for many Muslims around the world, the fact that such an important initiative has emerged from Makkah Al-Mukarramah, the blessed birthplace of our beloved Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, carries a very special significance.

I sincerely hope that this pact will become not only a means of strengthening cooperation and security among the participating countries, but also a beginning of greater cooperation in education, healthcare, economic development, humanitarian assistance, poverty alleviation, and social development.

My humble hope is that the strength and unity represented by this initiative will ultimately benefit the poor, downtrodden, illiterate, and suffering people of the world, without discrimination based on religion, race, caste, colour, language, or nationality.

At this important moment, I would also like to express my hope that the unity and cooperation between Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, and Pakistan will become a positive example for the wider Muslim world and contribute towards peace, stability, development, and harmony among nations.

I am particularly hopeful that the younger generation will see this as a new opportunity for constructive cooperation and will be inspired to work for education, knowledge, innovation, social welfare, and the betterment of humanity.

Your Royal Highness, I sincerely pray to Almighty Allah to grant you good health, wisdom, courage, strength, and a long life, and to guide you in all your responsibilities. May Allah SWT make your efforts a source of peace, progress, and benefit for millions of people.

I also pray that this initiative will ultimately serve not only Muslims but all human beings and all the creatures of Allah SWT, because the true message of Islam is one of justice, mercy, compassion, peace, and service to humanity.
